Facilities :
Davis Fencing Academy is designed to accommodate fencers of all ages, and abilities. The club has 5 grounded fencing strips, two coaching strips, and several coaches with many years of experience.

Group Classes :
Group foil classes will introduce beginners to the basics of fencing, including rules, safety, footwork, blade work, free fencing (bouting), and tournaments. Participants can choose two classes per week and, space permitting, shift days as needed to accommodate their schedules.

Historical Fencing Program:
This class focuses on the basics of the Italian rapier system taught by fencing master Ridolfo Capo Ferro and represented in his Great Representation of the Art and Use of Fencing published in 1610. Further classes will focus on the use of the of hand and companion weapons including the dagger, buckler and cloak. No previous fencing experience is necessary.
